  Silicon’s campus, SiliconTech, is spread across 18.5 acres in the heart of Infocity, Bhubaneswar. It is a residential institute with 2838 students, 166 faculty members, 5 departments, and 63 laboratories.

  Silicon’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs span fields of study in engineering, data sciences, VLSI, embedded electronics & IIoT, molecular medicine and computer applications.
